Phase Four : Build It

We tender the project, approve the budget, confirm lead times, and get into the technicalities of being able to bring the vision to life. Once we’ve compiled all construction documentation and have procured materials/fixtures, we start the physical transformation of your space. During the construction phase we manage your expectations by keeping you informed and educated on significant issues. We manage our team of skilled trades and we make regular site visits to ensure the work aligns with our design intent.
